Bedlam Ward Fragrances

This was one of my favorite projects to create because it went far beyond putting a logo on a shirt. For Bedlam Ward Fragrances, we developed a complete collection of original apparel designs inspired by the personalities, stories, and atmosphere behind each fragrance.

Every design was created to feel like it belonged inside the same dark, cinematic Bedlam Ward universe while still giving each fragrance its own identity.

The original Bedlam Ward shirt became the centerpiece of the collection, showing the figure entering the ward and symbolically stepping into the world where all of the other fragrances and characters live.

This project became a complete visual collection rather than a group of unrelated shirts. Every design connects back to the Bedlam Ward brand while still telling its own story.

For Meadow & Moon Co., this project represents exactly what custom design can become when branding, storytelling, artwork, and apparel all come together.

The Creative Process

Each shirt started with the fragrance itself.

Instead of simply using the fragrance name, we looked at the scent notes, personality, story, and overall mood behind each Bedlam Ward fragrance and turned those ideas into visual concepts.

From there, we developed characters, rooms, imagery, typography, and details that felt like they all existed inside the same fictional institution.

Imaginary Friend became a mysterious relationship between a character and his unexpected companion.

Silent Treatment took on a darker psychological feel inspired by isolation, restraint, and an eerie institutional atmosphere.

Junkie was developed with a distressed psych-ward aesthetic and small storytelling details incorporated into the artwork.

Room 504 became its own destination within the Bedlam Ward world, using the room number and institutional imagery to continue the story.
