At Meadow & Moon Co., each item is made to order. Please review the product description, size chart, color, and personalization details before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at meadowandmoonco1111@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

If we confirm an error or defect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. If a return is necessary, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refund timing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
