Inspired by Bedlam Ward’s Imaginary Friend Eau de Parfum, this dark, old-world psych ward design brings the fragrance’s strange mix of comfort, nostalgia, and unease to life. Imaginary Friend opens fresh and citrusy with citron peel, bergamot, mandarin, blackcurrant leaf and bee balm, then moves into smoked oolong tea, violet, ginger and sap before settling into black amber, weathered cedar, vetiver and a trace of incense smoke. Our shirt takes that idea somewhere darker: an abandoned ward, a patient who may not be as alone as she appears, and an Imaginary Friend who never really left.
